Rezoning Services:

The New Brunswick Municipalities Act spells out a procedure that must be followed with all Rezonings. Numerous meetings & correspondence with municipal staff, Governmental bodies if appropriate and attendance at both P.A.C. and municipal council meetings are required. This process usually takes between 5 to 8 months. We recommend that a company representative attend at least one meeting. Providing this service can save your staff considerable time and money.
